Bob Maurice is a State Issues Manager. He works with clients on a wide range of state and local government affairs issues. Additionally, he assists Stateside clients with state and local lobbyist referrals. Bob began his career at Stateside as a Legislative Associate in the Legislative Information Services Division. As an Associate, he was responsible for monitoring energy, environment, water, climate change and chemical safety issues for a variety of clients.

Prior to joining Stateside, Bob gained political experience working as a Legislative Aide for a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives and also assisted with many state and local campaigns. He was also an Emergency Medical Technician for several years. Bob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Westfield State College and a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Suffolk University. A native of Massachusetts, Bob now resides in Washington, D.C. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteer work, discovering a new favorite book, or training for his next half-marathon.
