Benjamin Spear serves as a Legislative Associate in the Legislative Information Services Division, covering a wide range of issues such as transportation, energy, the environment and procurement. Before joining Stateside, he worked for members of the Democratic leadership in the Massachusetts State Senate. Additionally, he gained legislative experience working for a member of the Massachusetts delegation in U.S. Congress. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Massachusetts Amherst in Political Science. An avid car enthusiast, he can be found frequenting the summer and fall classic car festivals and the large annual car shows.
