Stephen Abresch is the Senior Manager of Issues and Information. He gained legislative experience working for the Appropriations Committee of the Maryland House of Delegates. He gained additional political experience working on an issue campaign to gain federal funding for state-level programs. Mr. Abresch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Salisbury University and a Master’s Degree in Philosophy and Social Policy from the George Washington University.
