Zack Cairns serves as a Senior Regulatory Associate specializing in healthcare and insurance issues. Mr. Cairns monitors and forecasts regulatory policies across all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the Federal government. In addition, he supports the issue management team and clients with special research projects. Prior to joining Stateside, he worked in the Oregon State Senate.
